Form Release for Concrete Architectural Finishes

ALP® Surface-Max® is a premium, non-staining, chemically active, highly refined mineral-oil-based
form release coating. Formulated to provide an environmentally compliant release agent for both
indoor and outdoor application. ALP Surface-Max form oil produces a smooth, void free, architectural concrete
surface.

Crete-Lease 880 releases any kind of form or formliner (except expanded polystyrene) from
hardened concrete. Forms and formliners strip easily and cleanly. Crete-Lease 880 also helps
eliminate bugholes and stains. Use Crete-Lease 880 on pallets and equipment that contact
concrete. It also provides rust protection for steel forms and equipment. Available in 5-gal.
pails, 55-gal. drums, and 275-gal. totes.

Grifcote LV-50 PLUS is a proprietary blend of vegetable oil based stock and a petroleum distillate that creates a metallic soap. LV-50 Plus promotes clean and easy separation from all types of forms while deterring build-up and sticking. Can be used with dry and wet cast operations. Meets EPA definition of biodegradability and is approved for ”Green Building.” Available in 5-gal. pails, 55-gal. drums, and 330-gal. totes.
